CreaQTech Social is a private publishing tool operated by CreaQ Technologies ("we", "us"). It is used to schedule and publish content to social media accounts owned by CreaQ Technologies, and to read performance analytics for those accounts.
What data we access
When you connect a social media account, the platform's API provides us with:
- Basic account and channel information (name, ID, profile image)
- Permission to publish posts, videos and images to that account
- Analytics and engagement data for content published by that account
- Access tokens that authorise these actions
How we use it
We use this data only to:
- Publish and schedule content to connected accounts
- Display performance analytics for that content
- Maintain the connection to the platform
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing and analytics.
Storage and security
Data is stored on a privately operated server controlled by CreaQ Technologies. Access is limited to authorised CreaQ Technologies personnel. Access tokens are stored locally on that server and are not transmitted to any third party.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Google API Services
CreaQTech Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
You may revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below. We will delete stored data within 30 days of the request.
